800 Medical Plaza is a 14-story commercial building, comprising 8 levels of medical offices and 5 parking levels, conceived under a contemporary architectural approach that prioritizes functionality, institutional identity, and a strong urban presence.

The design responds to its strategic location adjacent to the expressway, leveraging high visual exposure to establish the building as an architectural landmark within the corridor. The volumetric composition is defined by upper levels projecting over the podium, creating a dynamic and clearly recognizable silhouette when viewed from a distance.

The architectural envelope integrates high-performance glazed façades with horizontal solar shading systems, achieving a balance between transparency, energy efficiency, and interior comfort—key requirements for medical and professional environments.

The podium is expressed as a solid, textured volume housing the parking structure, establishing a robust urban base in response to the scale of the expressway. The transition to the clinical levels is articulated through exposed structural elements, which provide character, visual lightness, and a clear understanding of the building’s functional organization.
