CAYMARES RESIDENCE

Caymares Residence is a luxury custom residence for which we developed the initial volumetric design and photorealistic renderings during the early design phase. Designed for long-time clients and principals of one of Miami's leading architectural firms, this project reflects a modern architectural vision focused on elegance, simplicity, and functionality.

The residence features clean horizontal lines, large floor-to-ceiling glass panels, and a carefully selected palette of natural wood, stone, and metal finishes. The open layout maximizes natural light while creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

Although designed as a single-story home, its generous proportions and refined architectural composition give it a strong visual presence, making it a distinctive and timeless residence within its neighborhood.
